How would you save Nick Drake from killing himself?
By having sex with him
By offering him financial and emotional support and by attempting to popularize his music. That's how I'd do it if I believed in changing past events in the logically impossible circumstance that time travel cold ever exist, which I don't, so I wouldn't.

Is music keeping you away from suicide?
no i think that would be a bit of a silly reason
No, the fact that it would upset my family too much is.
I don't think it's keeping me away, as much as it's distracting me suicide and keeping me occupied with life.

This as well, although recently I'm starting to feel like more and more of a burden to them.

I bet your basis for this claim is the architecture of the house, yeah we get it, nostalgic summery vibe. actually that is subliminal to you, you will say its the feel of the album, but it is the real reason you think this. judging by the architecture it could be a turn-of-the-century bungalow given the siding and shape, which would most likely place the house in an older district in a large town, usually close to the epicenter of the city(downtown) because obviously, sprawl was not a factor back then and you could live within a couple blocks of the capitol building in the early 1900's. Case in point, the nostalgic looking house and lit window probably belongs to a, dare I say, semiurban or urban development. sorry bud
