Name a single better album to listen to drown out the sound of retards with nail guns.
You can't haha
Musicians that need to retire, I'll start
>can't keep time, even with the band playing at a 3rd of their usual speed
>mumbles the words
>in and out of tune every few syllables
>can't dance anymore either
If Debbie Harry wasn't hot they wouldn't have a legacy.
If MC|HG had been Jay Z's last album he would've left as a great. Now he had to drop the most irrelevant rap record of the year which nobody cares about anymore about two months after its release.
IMO, no artist should go on releasing new stuff after a couple decades.
Why does this album sound like it has down syndrome?
Bump for a quality thought provoking thread.

Thanks.
It doesn't
I don't get it
What type of person do I have to be to enjoy this album?
>>75109204
you have to be smart
Only real intellectuals will get this astonishing music album
>>75109204
you can only get it if you're a radiohead fan
Post bands you fell in love with at first listen
mine's pic related

Is it too late for me to learn guitar and become as proficient at it as Leo Kottke? I'm turning 23 soon. Am I over the hill?
bump in my ass

okay i'll give up. thank you, anon.
its certainly a challenge if you have no real experience with playing a musical instrument.
that being said, if you are in the zone, on a creative streak, and just really fucking want to learn guitar, you can be decent in a year no problem.
used to get lessons when i was a kid. stopped after a while, only learned the essentials and some basic shit, mostly taught myself.
now when i'm feeling creative or need some kind of output i have the ability to play. it's a great skill and i'm happy i picked it up.
my friend, whose around your age, has just picked up guitar. its a struggle for him for sure, but he's sticking with it.
it's really the first year or 7-8 months that suck. after you get over that hump, and can teach yourself things, its like having a canvas to paint on whenever you want.
Post punk
>inb4 post-punk
Why doesn't anybody ever talk about this classic, but nearly forgotten band?
>>75109243
they don't know about them
The band that put Minneapolis Mn. on the map. If it weren't for these guys, there'd be no Husker Du, Replacements, or Soul Asylum. (And to a lesser extent Man Sized Action, Civil Defense, or Willful Neglect)
What does /mu/ think of the Foo Fighters?
Wearing their shirt right now.
And I have short-term memory loss.
Foo Fighters is unmitigated radio rock.
essential buttrock
>>75141543
Bland, uninspired drivel for buttrock enthusiasts who worship other generic radio rock and post grunge bands and use Reddit
Carl or Dennis?
Murry
Carl better voice and musician, Dennis more based
Is Carl's solo stuff superior to Dennis'?
Opinions on Sade?
great

Several great cuts and immune to a lot of traps that most artists fall into.
Stellar.
With guitar sales declining, is it possible that the guitar is dying?

Did you even read the article?
Guitar sales are declining.

The economy hasn't been so great since the 2008 recession. Derp?
Anyone have music related tattoos? Pic related some work I had done last week. Skillet has always been a huge inspiration to me

I feel legitimately bad for this person
>Band T-shirts only come in Black, White and Grey
>wearing graphic tees past the age of 8
ME LIKE THING I PUT ON SHIRT TO LET OTHERS KNOW ME LIKE THING THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME IDENTITY

>>75141180
ok, mr "I'm too mature to support bands by buying their merch."
fuck you
>>75141180
>wearing graphic tees past the age of 8
>wearing arbitrary thing past the age of arbitrary age
>the rest of your sensationalized sperg-out
it's not that deep homie, stop projecting these strange ulterior motives
band tees are often great conversation pieces and icebreakers; there's also the factor of support for the artist
>I got soul, but I'm not a soldier
An oldie but a goodie
that asian bish had me messed up man
I always thought it was "I got sober"
