There needs to be a modern day movement similar to the avante garde movement of the 60's-70's. I feel as though something like that would be amazing because of how easy it is for people to make music now a days and we're not as limited technology wise.

hey buddy. i went to an animal collective concert last night and i didnt have earplugs, i was in the front row, my ears are still ringing the day after.

Doctors cant do shit, save your money.
Your best bet is giving your ears rest. No headphones, no loud music, no loud places and if you have to go to a loud place, wear plugs.
