For the most part I use my Sennheiser 598's but sometimes I'll use my M50's. I'm not sure if it's worth upgrading to a new pair of headphones or just buy a decent amp and dac

So, I'm doing a custom soundtrack/mix for Jet Set Radio and I've already got most of the tracks I'd like, really slowly and painfully picked to fit with the two games and the fictional station's feel as opposed to most of the shit you hear on YouTube playthroughs with custom music that's just whatever the player likes. The kind of mix Naganuma would dig.
On the Japanese end of things though, I wanted to include more songs from the sort of artists on the official soundtracks, but I've only got more Naganuma and Idol Taxi as of right now.
Anyone here familiar with these games and the amazing music accompanying them got some suggestions from the likes of Guitar Vader, Cibo Matto, Deavid Soul et al? Would be much appreciated, as I find it harder and harder to secure material by these artists. I don't torrent much anymore and World Wide Idol Taxi ran me $40 USD. Issue isn't getting the songs though but rather just hearing material and deciding what fits well.
