>album begins with a bong rip and four snare hits
I want to know what songs have bong rips. All I can think of is Funeralopolis and maybe some off of Crippled Lucifer

I've got probably >15 songs that feature mad bongies
Is it fair to other albums to consider totbl music? I mean nothing can and probably ever will come close to competing with the brilliance of totbl.
itt we are in high school
hey like that album has some good songs but you should listen to more music

Any suggestions?
Metal fags, what's your favorite metal album and why?
Pic Related because this album is fucking killer.
Not a big metal fan, and never got very deep in the genre, but I've always loved this one.
Its proggy, thrashy, and angry as fuck.
Probably Panopticon by Isis

>we're gonna have to put up with shitty streaming services now
>>69119180
On the plus side, it will mean shitloads of people now getting premium accounts, contributing more money towards Spotify and that means more music to listen to on there. And it's all legal. :^)
why don't just buy it
How is filesharing dead?
Does anybody here remember Vera Lynn?
no. the wall should have been one disc and they should have saved the rest exclusively for the movie.

Anon was right, this is better than any Pavement album. This is the best punk-ish album since 1978. Bleak, absurdist, witty, melancholy lyrics. Awesome production, the drums sound awesome and the guitars sound sonically different than any band i've heard. There is great intertwining guitars, but the coolest thing is, it sounds like they worked several month perfecting these songs, and then on the recording date they got fucked up as shit, so everyone's playing is "off", not in a Beefheart way. but like everyone is sad, angry, stoned, and drunk.
IMO these songs are all 8.5 to 10.

I sure hope /mu/ starts giving Arxhers of Loaf the praise they deserve. One of the absolute best original slacker bands.
ITT: Albums with great, non-wanky guitar solos.
>>69118395
No one?
I'll never understand why this is the one extended guitar solo hipster assheads who think "wanking" equates to having any instrumental skill whatsoever will accept. Not saying it's not a brilliant song, because it is, but still, why? Is it because it's vaguely punk, and therefore a relative of the criticism-proof sacred cow genre of /mu/?
