Is he the Animal Collective of rap?
He gives me the same feels as '04-'09 era AnCo.
>>69126248
Animeme Collecshit wishes.
I'll never get why white kids like him so much what a shit rapper Gucci should've dropped him instead of Wacka
>>69126248
who
tfw you realize his albums and public statements aren't meant to be taken seriously.
>>69126168
Actually i went to a kanye concert and some people were heckling him and he said and i quote "im not a fucking comedian" so your theory is wrong op
>>69126168
>his art is not to be taken seriously
I'll pass then
>>69126330
That's all part of the joke.
I used to take offense to his act when he did things like trying to turn Can's "Sing Swan Song" into a terrible rap song in 6/8. Now that I realize he's in it for the lulz, though, it all seems so likable.
The whole FEMA thing with Mike Meyers on TV, the Taylor Swift interruption, the Kardashians. It's all part of his elaborate comedy act and it's actually very funny.
The critical acclaim of his "music" albums is an unintended (but very profitable) side effect.
wtf, I thought this was supposed to be good
It's an acquired taste, pleb.
I like it

There's something I go to ask you.
I just wanna know, what are you gonna do for me?
I mean, are you gonna liberate us girls
From male white corporate oppression?
Was Kim Gordon asking to get BLACKED?
Tell em bout it
>>69125618
Nah, she was just asking for equality.
>>69125671
She talks about a female planet in the song, not sure she wants just equality
