That feel when you delete all yer metal tho.

that's nice now remove all the anti-intellectual rock music garbage and you'll be fine
The banjo is the most amazing underused instrument. What are some great songs using it?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEPviNo1tjc
Honestly, I think the banjo is used roughly about as much as it should be. Rarely does it make an amazing song, usually just quaint, good ones.

>>69554644
I disagree.

i use my hd 558s on 50 most of the time, on windows, no amp
is it too much??
hey /mu/ what should I listen to? i've been really getting into pop-punk recently, but jeff rosenstock isn't that fun to listen to 90 times on repeat
i hate bands like direct hit and blink 182 though, where it seems super produced and the vocals are so finely pitched that it takes the punk out of it and just turns it into pop over lazy distorted chord progressions

good album/song to start with?
More like this?
I'm a huge FlyLo fan, particularly of the more hip hop flavored stuff. I'm looking for some stuff that's chill and you can bob your head to it but is also very detailed and uses lots of little tricks to keep the listener engaged.
Boards of Canada also fit that, though I've only explored about half of their discography (big fan of what I listen to from them, though).
Help me scratch my itch.
nujabes
>>69554613
I love Nujabes but a lot of his stuff is relatively straightforward. Excellent vibes though.
Teebs.
>Blackstar not nominated album of the year
>only nominated for best alternative album
>Justin Bieber's Purpose is nominated for best album of the year
This is the single worst crime the Grammy's have ever committed. It's even worse than Jethro Tull winning best metal album. Discuss.
>>69554384
Quit lying OP
>one popstar is nominated instead of another
>the single worst crime the Grammy's have ever committed
>>69554384
The fact that you still care about the Grammy's shows that you're still a pleb.
Music isn't about fucking awards. David Bowie is dead, he doesn't care if he gets some award. His music is important to people, and that's what really matters.

How can one set of dubs be so right and one be so wrong?
What 1970s funkadelic albums would you recommend instead of Donald Glover's latest release?
I see lots of negative criticism regarding this album on the board and wish to know what you guys are comparing it to.
I think the album's alright but it's pretty clearly ripping of Maggot Brain. Just listen to that.
It's not 1970's funk but the neo-soul masters are what you should be listening to if you want to hear "inspiration made into your own thing" done right.
I would this song was made in the same vein as the Gumbino album but done a million times better
