most of your chart dont appeal to me but your hip-hop albums are good.
>>69643062
how is middle class? listen to some sunshine pop from 60s.
>>69643130
It's really good post-punk. I like it quite a bit, but I definitely have an ear for that type of thing. Quality drumming on it which sets it apart from others imo. Sunshine pop, Specific album?
Seriously, what the fuck do you answer when they ask you what kind of music do you like?. Fuck this shit I've ruined lots of conversations after being asked that question, help.
lapfox trax stuff
i feel your pain
usually just blunder out a 'i like a bit of everything' because its less awkward and quickly ask the question back and quiz them so its not you in the spotlight anymore

Is this the greatest moment in the history of music?
This is so surreal, but then again previous presidents have given positions to people in the public eye so it wouldn't surprise me if he gets something

Yes

He's not getting any role, he begged Trump for a meeting and then got 15 minutes. Probably just wanted a photo op

How?
When did rock music end? Who was the last band who could be called a rock band who brought something new and groundbreaking to the table? I personally think it was all over by the end of the 90s
it definitely did though it definitely did
Post-grunge and post punk revival killed rock
xiu xiu
The "oasis was huge back in the day" meme needs to die.
they never had more than one charting single in America and three in the UK
they never played a concert to 250,000 people in which over 2 million applied for tickets.
they were never front page news.
they never broke any sales records.
they were never critically acclaimed.
nobody ever liked or cared about them.
they aren't even real a "rock" band, just major label manufactured product. even calling them soft rock is a stretch. they're nothing but the most effeminate acoustic pop, just shitty whiney twee ballads that only appeal to 8 year old girls, homosexuals, and pussy nu-males.
Wonderwall, their only geniune hit, is literally the shittiest song of all time
>lyrics are complete nonsense shit and repeated over and over again
>easy as fuck to sing but singer still sounds awful
>2 chords over and over
>bassline is just the root note of chord and nothing else
>drums are just simple 4/4 kick-snare pattern
>no other musical instruments present in the song
>ripped off of a 50s song and stylized to sound like the beatles
Oasis are an affront to music. Prove me wrong.
Let's be real here guys, no memes, no trolling please. Oasis is literally the greatest musical artist of all time. If you can find me a better song than 'Champagne Supernova' or a better album than 'Definitely Maybe' I would like to hear it because it must be truly incredible. But the thing is, such things don't exist because music in the human race peaked with Oasis. Never again will we experience such an awesome, incredible band that writes anthems for every person on earth.
Now, if you don't like Oasis, I suggest you get the fuck out of /mu/, slit your wrists and re-evaluate your life.

"huge back in the day" = i loved them when i was a kid in the 90s
the beach boys are better than the beatles
discuss
>3 good albums
>12 good albums
The Beatles are more consistently amazing but the Beach Boys have 2 or 3 albums better than anything the Beatles did
Beach Boys fans are shit compared to Beatles fans.

Music no longer has any worth; only the degree of (apparent) cultural repression of the artist has
>giving a fuck about Pitchfork
llink
Unfortunately this is true and it was even confirmed by one of their whistblowers, along with musicians paying for higher scores.
