I honestly don't understand this band.
I'm not saying they're bad, but they're weird as hell and most of their songs have an structure I'm simply not fond of.
That's if they have a structure....or if they're songs, a lot of their stuff is just ambient noise or weird sound effects.
They also seem have the horrible tendency to use samples from a same song throughout an album for example "money" and "us and them".
Granted, I've only listened to DSOTM and the wall (I just recently decided to listen to them after my friends wouldn't shut up about them)
So tell me /mu/ whats up with this band? Why do people like it so much?

rules:

>None of the songs can be shorter than 6 seconds
>Song titles are determined by the last two digits
i.e. if you post number is 43826412 your track number is 12
>Once we get down to 25 songs left we also start dubs for missing tracks (i.e. if we need track 24 rolling dubs or 24 counts)
>trips decides album art and title with the subtitle "100 songs by /mu/"

This could be a really fun project to do some weird musical ideas, so let's have fun with this, /mu/

anybody else go to school for music?
i just finished a semester-long project analyzing "superman" from the tv show scrubs. 30+ hours of listening and graphing
we had to make pick a song with 6+ drum sounds and a synthesizer and then make eight graphs based on shit like dynamic contour, melodic contour, stereo location, etc.
you don't know how many times i've had to listen to this fucking song over the past few months, especially the past few days
if anybody cares/is awake i'll post pics of the graphs so you can understand the depths of Lazlo Bane

So why the fuck does this program suck on mobile? The bit rate is absolute trash unless I'm using some sort of plug-in audio device. Is there any way to stop this? Some way to trick my phone into thinking some sort of headphones are plugged in? I'm so sad and I just want to listen to my music.
