He's consistently excellent. No one really tops his use of chord function, voice leading and counterpoint.
Not only is his music technically flawless, it is full of emotion and tastefully written too. A rare combination.

I found this one recently. The rest of the band's discography is psychedelic and acid rock, but this one is definitely progressive. Very similar to a few Yes songs.
