Has an album or track, ever made you want to start learning an instrument?
For me it was the video game Life is Strange, i am now learning to play a classic nylon string guitar, after having never picked up an instrument in my life. Its just a hobby for me though, i dont want to take it anywhere.
It was Crosses by José González in particular but thst whole soundtrack is fire.

Has any one else had this feel?
life is strange is terrible and everything wrong with video games

Can you recommend some Castlevania-like music?
I've asked on /v/ and people recommended me to listen to black metal but it didn't quite make it. I feel Castlevania is more baroque than gothic, right?
Bach - Toccata and Fugue in D minor obviously
I'm sure anons will rush in here to recommend some neo-retro-futurewave tryhard kitchy analog synthcore but I can't think of any analog synth music outside of maybe the John Carpenter Lost Themes album that's Castlevania level
Maybe some dungeon synth like hedge wizard
pic related always reminded me of SOTN
Pls recc me more I need more music like this when delivering pizzas

I'm Billy Corgan, and this is my band. I work here with my slave, Big Jeff. Everything in here has a story and a melody. One thing I've learned after 29 years is that I don't know how to make music.
god damn it why did he become so fucking pathetic? is that what depression does to you in long term?
At least he doesn't look like a fairy child anymore.
The only thing holding Billy back is Billy. He is a talented visionary with a personality disorder. He needs a good therapist. I bet he's afraid medication will take away his inspiration.
