What are some good headphones?
I use pic related.
They're pretty gud if you use the line in.
5 years with me and still as good as new.
Get yourself some Meme50s my man.
>album is longer than 45 minutes
Show me an album that's appreciably longer than 45 minutes and I'll show you an album that can be trimmed down to ~45 minutes, making the album better without losing anything of importance
Nah

What do you think about Frank Zappa?
Personally I think he was an untalented meme
You're an untalented meme

>Personally I think he was an untalented meme
oh we know
you have been spamming /mu/ with your "opinion" for weeks now
that's what happens when people with no "artistic drive" are presented anything that is not easily digestible: they get really buttmad
"grrr why isn't all music Blur grrrr"
Friendly reminder it doesn't matter they're using microtonal tuning when they're just making 9 more generic garage psych songs.
did this need to be a thread? couldn't you have just kept that thought in your head and enjoyed it there?
>>70927495
No it needed to be a thread

if you insist
ITT: We post our country's greatest contribution to the music world. Would be nice to see countries not normally known for having great music scenes.
Portugal: Nuno Canavarro - Plux Quba [1988]

>>70927443
when you discovered Nuno Canavarro?
>>70927443
These kinds of threads don't work because so much of /mu/ comes from US/UK, and yet it's also albums nobody talks about in the first place.
>Early 90s- Hair Metal dies
>Mid 90s- Grunge dies
>Late 90s- Alt-rock dies
>Mid 2000s- Garage rock dies
>Late 2000s- Folk-rock/Indie-rock dies
So I guess rock really did die in 2009
>indie rock is dead
>>70927399
why don't you write an article about it and post it on pitchfork?
>>70927432
Hardly any memorable indie rock albums were released in this decade
Even if so it's minuscule to the amount released in the 90s and early 2000s
>>70927309
fugg didnt realized i had typed in the wrong section
I like powerviolence which is kinda the same judging from that pic. Better taste than most of /mu/!
>>70927444
what bands you into?
Why do all the Beatles' albums have such shit production?
>>70927222
what do you mean by "shit production"
Wall of sound gives me a headache explosion
>>70928178
beatles are mostly not wall of sound tho
>>70927222
Production is the only redeeming quality of their music

This picture is perfect. Just look at it- the discomfort on Ellen's face. The look of sheer excitement on Kanye's face. You know exactly what's going on even without the video for reference. They say a picture speaks a thousand words, and this is proof positive of that.
'Picachu muh dead' quote donaldtrump
Does /mu/ like Elbow?
is that a new ricky gervais show
After 10 years of working at it, I'm finally able to lick my own elbow

Overdose on sleeping pills & alcohol.
He'll be missed, kinda.
car crash
possibly drunk driving
I think he'll probably die in a car accident (not anybody's fault) at 30-something... He may be forgotten in a little time
Yo there was no BC thread for like an hour

hey anthony lol
it's kudzu
I think that the intro definitely needs to be longer, i'd say make it twice as long. Also, the shaker in the beginning needs to be more swingy and needs some more natural velocity changes. Also, i'm not a huge fan of the lead that comes in at :16. Change it to something other than a saw wave. I would suggest maybe something square wave based.
Hopefully that helped lol
just became a macfag cause my freeloading younger sister got my parents to buy her a macbook so i get to take her imac.
some plugins have an option for AU and/or VSTi but i wanted to know which one is better to use on the mac.
