Pre 20th century European art and folk music.
what does /mu/ think of the fact that future released two albums back to back? how do you like this new one?
If I only liked the sample on Mask Off and thought everything else was garbage on Future, should I check this out?
>>71228018
IMO only good track on it is 'my collection'.
>>71227970
I always give Futures projects a listen, but generally they are forgettable save a few songs. Ds2 is pretty much all you need to hear from him from the past few years. FUTURE was pretty much more of the same, almost on par with Ds2. HNDRXX is by far the most unique thing future has done recently though. Pleasantly surprised, considering i had no expectations.
What does /mu/ think about My Chemical Romance

Bullets and Three Cheers are really good
I first found out about MCR on PureVolume before Three Cheers even came out. Crazy to see a small band blow up like that.
an overrated underrated overrated band
>>71227981
Bullets and Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge are my favorites, The Black Parade is fine, but their last album, Danger Days, isn't really any good imo
in classical, why do people play the same material over and over again? i mean like someone already played it and recorded it. whats the point?
>>71227930
i know frogposters are generally pretty dumb, but jesus christ dude.
>>71227976
It's a fair question, why not discuss the need for repeating the same music over and over?
Why do people go to school for years to learn violin to play hundreds of year old songs?
Will musicians hundreds of years from now do this sort of thing with classic rock and hip hop?
Is it just me or Parliament's discography is not as good as people say it is? I went through it this past week and nothing impressed me to be honest. I'd rather listen to Funkadelic
that's kind of unfair comparing the two
Sounds like you're a pussy ass white boy to me. White people can only into harmonic interplay, not rhythmic interplay (unless it's watered down mainstream rap of course.) Funkadelic focuses on the earlier, Parliament focuses on the latter.
>>71227908
yeah maybe I'm just not into that poppy funk sound
>>71227922
that's why I compared them, dipshit
