Solo (reprise) is better. His verse in B.O.B is also better.

Does anyone know where/how I can get a copy of this, digital or otherwise? I have been obsessed with this guy's music recently and I cannot find this anywhere.
It's on soulseek. Is he the guy from Lift to Experience?
Bump. Anybody else listened to him or Lift to Experience? Thoughts? Opinions?
>>71122088
Yeah, he is. Thanks, I'm a little out of the loop on things like soulseek. I'm gonna look into it.
What is /mu/'s favourite John Cale album?
Church of Anthrax
Fragments of a Rainy Season if we're talking solo album
>currently listening to-Slow Dazzle

I guess you could include collabs like pic related but not TVU. I just started to listen to his solo stuff and it's amazing. Wanted to see what was worth checking out
Looking for some new music to play on my radio show through my University's radio club. I usually play older stuff like The Doors, Beatles. Newer stuff like Songs: Ohia, Nana Grizol, Front Bottoms, Beirut, Avett Brothers, etc. etc.
Check out this compilation of old garage rock. Some of my favorite music from the 60s.
Bondage Fruit - IV
Early Bee-Gees.

Welcome to /mu/ where shit, mediocre and just cool albums will get shilled for eternity and good popular albums will get shat on. I really like a couple of songs on Forget though.

I'm Going Home
I Can Make You a Man, and reprise
Sweet Transvestite
There's a Light (Over at the Frankenstein Place)
Great tier:
Dammit Janet
The Time Warp
Rose Tint My World/Don't Dream It, Be It/Wild and Untamed Thing
Good tier:
Eddie
Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch Me (would be great but I hate Columbia's annoying-ass voice in it)
Hot Patootie, Bless My Soul
Sword of Damocles
OK tier:
Planet Schmanet Janet
>>71121028
I was just thinking of re-watching it. /mu/ scares me sometimes. Love love LOVE RHPS.
>>71121175
Was just about to question touch-a touch-a touch me being that low but fair point
>>71121245
Yeah was listening to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2GJ0Eafa74 and it gave me a RHPS vibe
What made you disregard every single opinion he has?
His poor writing and incomplete biased opinions.
>>71323480
i don't. has an interesting take on music for a mans his age.
rather him than p4k getting butthurt because some artist shitted on them in person aka laura snapes
>>71323506
you do know there's more than pitchfork and scaruffi right? jesus christ /mu/
What does /mu/ think of Serge Gainsbourg? Is he an absolute madman?
French people love the idea of free speech so much that they actively applaud and reward dudes for being the absolute biggest scumbag perverts they can manage to be.
He was a genuine madman who just didn't give a fuck, or was too drunk to care.
>alcoholic failed painter
>only started to take seriously his musical career in his thirties
>always banged women decades younger than him
>said "I want to fuck you" to Whitney Houston on TV
>covered the Marseillaise as a reggae song
>burned a 500 francs bill on TV
>made a song with his daughter about incest
>still managed to be the most popular French singer of the 20th century
Of course he was.
Anyone have any good Greecian music? I attended a greek food festival a while back and they had this awesome folk-rock band playing and I want to find more music like it.
shameless self-bump
The word is Greek, you stupid fuck. Greek music
>>71120880
>greecian
The only rock album worth listening to.
Whoops, wrong pic.
come on now
Rock music is the most pointless genre. Punk and metal do what rock's actually good at much better than rock music, then you got shit like Beefheart, Faust, King Crimson, etc. that not only suck ass at doing rock, but also whatever bullshit attempts at esoteric classical/jazz that they try to copy.

I listened to this last night, I've already done Soundtracks for the Blind and The Seer and moderately enjoyed them so I figured I'd try their earlier stuff. God damn, did not like it at all
>>71121288
Yeah Filth, Cop, Greed, and Holy Money are tougher to listen to if you're not a fan of noise rock.
Check out their post punk stuff though. White Light from the Mouth of Infinity is probably my favorite in the whole genre, and Children of God is great too.
I like it
>>71323332
Well youre wrong lol
>>71323308
I agree, it's gash.
