Huge fan of the group, love many of their albums. Only seen them live once but the show was incredible. December 30th, 2014. They played a lot of songs off of Clouds Taste Metallic because they were about to re-release it and go on a tour of playing that album start to finish. Wonderful stuff.

Hated the new album, big let down. Practically Dead Petz tier :(

you don't necessarily need to know how to play piano but rather a rough idea. Just start out by establishing your favorite producers and seeing how they make their beats. TL;DR learn the Basic Essentials from people you respect.

Just get a daw and learn how to use that you don't have to know how to play piano but it dosent hurt to learn how. If you have a mac logic is pretty simple to learn to use but ableton FL studios and reaper are some other pretty popular ones. Also get a midi key board theyre around 100 for a decent one on Amazon and it makes inputting notes a lot easier. Or you could throw your money down a pit and go hardware only

The album is probably one of the biggest musical/artistic failures of its time. Never has one musician been so inept at performing the songs on their own album.

The guitar and drums are played badly. The songs are incoherent. The song-writing is incredibly surface level. The sketches and demos make the album even more unbearable.

The album is too long considering the quality. It's just a complete mess and people who like it are just trying to be edgy contrarians at this point.
