I think they are still alright I actually liked V a lot and these two new singles are just ok, I like Daisy more and I guess I'll enjoy both of them in the context of the album more.
What happened is their sound just got cleaner. I find V to be just a much cleaner version of Wavves's first three albums.
eh.. Daisy was cool. nothing to get me excited for their upcoming release though...

I've not listened to any of their later albums, but I used to have a couple of tracks from the album before this one ("The Changing of Times")
Anyone here listened to their later albums? Are they better or worse than TOCS?

>Sometimes the best thing you can do as a male feminist is shut up and listen to women who know what theyāre talking about better than you. That advice might hold doubly true for male musicians. For every āSuggestionāāand, really, thereās only been one āSuggestionāāthere are countless self-identified good guys looking for an easy pat on the back simply for having their heart in the right place. Thereās a reason why feminist punk spun off into a kind of genre unto itself: This is not subject matter that men usually do well.
What the fuck are they on about?
>>71323242
what does that have to do with pissed jeans
last i checked they were writing songs about buying a six pack and staying home to jerk off on a friday night

Is there anything out there as good as Search for Delicious?
Yeah. Take Pills, Comfy in Nautica, Bros, Carrots, and Ponytail.
The rest of the album.
Recently grabbed this on vinyl and noticed the tracklisting is different out of necessity since Im Not and Good Girl/Carrots can't fit on the same side.
What tracklisting is the true one, digital/cd or vinyl?
>*blocks your interstellar tragectory*
>slaps your clorgian gf's ass
What do you do /mu/?
A threesome sounds like the only logical answer.
I'll trade gf for some alien food

>>Heh heh, ya know, Jimbo, back in 1992, Kurt Cobain unexpectedly sought to reorganize the songwriting royalties of Nirvana. Grohl and Novaselic were OK with the idea at first, but Cobain handed them a deal where he would get 90% of the royalties whereas the other 2 would get 5% each. This tension almost disbanded Nirvana, but after a week of negotiating, they agreed on giving Cobain 75% of the royalties. What's funny Jimbo is that earlier that year, Cobain purchased a huge mansion in California, which supposedly costed over half of his fortune. Dave Grohl would also mention in his autobiography that the image of Cobain being a humble musician who hated fame and money was an act and that Cobain's goal was to become the world's most popular musician.
>So for a person who supposedly hated fame and worldly possessions, he surely cared a lot about how much money he could get, isn't that QUACKING crazy Jimbo?
Cuck Cobain

The Drums are releasing a thier 4th album in june. The last album was recorded and written by Jonny and Jacob only, but this year it's apparently a Jonny Pierce solo album...
One single had been released so far and its called "Blood Under My Belt", sound pretty much like their early stuff, quite surfy and lo-fi. I like it. But at the same time I feel like I was the only one who actually loved Encyclopedia!
Thoughts on this new single, the future of The Drums and The Drums in general i'd like to be discussed here. It personally my favourite band. Post anything The Drums related, wheter its bootleg recordings and/or your favourite songs.
what kind of music is this?
names sound kinda metal but...
