I don't want to go to Pitchfork anymore. They're awful and I don't want to support them by giving them hits. How do I find out about what new albums are coming out?

Hey guys, I took a Beatles project on where I went through all their bootlegs and demos to see if I could create some "lost albums" since the thought of there never being new Beatle music was kind of sad. I posted back in December and January, but have since revisited and improved the project for the final time.
Anyway here they are: the lost albums,
https://mega.nz/#F!KF5GQCoD!ky6aIQuaeIkrqJ9N74idSg
Road to Rishikesh: Acoustic album, made from mostly White Album sessions. Idea being an album they could sing literally on the way to their India trip.
Strawberry Fields: Kind of an artistic statement, Rubber Soul through Sgt. Pepper sessions.
Get Back: Sort of companion album to Let it Be. Standard fare. All from Get Back sessions.
Monkey Business: Inspired by Beach Boys Party! I cut up some outtakes reels to make skits. Idea being George Martin slowly losing control of a Beatles recording session. Material from various sessions from 64-69.
Might have to already be a biggish Beatle fan to like these, but if you are it should be like Christmas. Hope you have half as much fun listening as I had making them.

Sounds fun, thank you OP.
I do the same thing with Dylan, glad I'm not the only one.
>>71408312
That sounds neat. Would you like to share any of it?
Downloaded Monkey Business a while ago, enjoyed it

>he never rates an album anything less than a 6 out of 10
Why do these people exist?
this post is pretty bad. I rate it a 6 out of 10
>>71408116
Why would you listen to an album that is less than a 6 out of 10?
>>71408116
Because perhaps they don't bother listening to albums that deserve lower than 6/10.
I CAN HEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAR SO MUCH IN YOUR SIGHS

thoughts on Hayley Williams, /mu/?
that's Halsey

for the longest time I thought she was the same girl from Mythbusters.
Cute, unfortunately one dimensional as shown In interviews and completely talentless.
She also panders alot

The game is you have to guess whether a post is humor or cringe
Question:
A fairly popular Youtube channel (probably make around 20k a year from videos and ads) has been using music from my old band in their intros. Which I feel cool about it, but I'm pissed because they aren't even giving credit to us in the video bios.
The music isn't copyrighted, so am I basically shit out of luck in terms of going after them legally?
>>71407797
I suggest you leave well alone, or now they'll sue YOU for claiming their music belongs to you. You can done for libel son, do time, so mum's the word!
>>71407875
The date on the Bandcamp is literally from 5 years ago before their channels were even a thing, I don't think they would be able to pull that off
>>71407797
>isn't copyrighted
Weĺl unless you have positive proof you wrote it, then yeah, you should probably drop it.

Is Hamilton degenerate, /mu/?
not at all!
It's actually an A+ soundtrack, the beats and singing are great, the rapping is done really well too, with great flows, internal rhyming and wordplay, all while telling a detailed factual story
Give it a listen
pretty patrician if im honest
>>71407752
I've actually listened to the whole thing, I even saw it in Chicago on Election Day. Was honestly just curious what /mu/ thought
Am I a normie for liking this or can we accept that its actually pretty good
it's great desu and I think everyone agrees what's the problem
Whothe fuck actually dislikes Black Sabbath
>>71407590
idk, my freinds (who are normies) tend to keep going on about black sabbath, and i agree that i like them too. Its ok though i think its because they're guitar plebs.
