If you don't like U2 at least up to and including this album it is YOU who are the pleb. When did you take the U2-pill ?
>>71618842
U2 is pretty great, but you're posting this on a contrarian board, so you're literally asking for people to shit on U2.
U2 was the pioneering nu-male band. Prove me wrong, you can't.

I like Boy and the live album at Red Rocks. All their other 80s stuff is ok.
>listening to anything other than Original Soundtracks
I had a phase in college where I was obsessed with Nino Rota's scores for Fellini films. they were so bizarre and catchy and hardly ever repeated themselves. Still give them a spin occasionally for nostalgia

post great OSTs
>>71618803
I really love OSTs
since I have no life I have very little real life experiences actually connected with music to trigger emotional reactions while listening to them
soundtracks are like a shortcut to that amazing feeling, it's easy for me to have an emotional reaction while watching or playing something and then when you come back to the music later bam the feels come rushing in
love it
/mu/ in 2001

What are the best Tegan and Sara albums?
Wrong board, ask at /lgbt/
Tegan and Sara (Quin) are a duo (and identical twins) from Canada that harkens back to the age of the riot grrrrls. They merged folk and punk spirit on This Business of Art (2000), although the album ended with Superstar that had a broader non-folkish appeal. If It Was You (2003) was hardly relevant. The twin's sexual orientation (both lesbian) was the most repeated comment, a sign that the music was not all that revolutionary.
>>71618587
Definitely The Con, closely followed by Sainthood. Every other album ranges from okay to good. The two pop albums are mostly shite though.
She will be fine

Body fat looks to be around 6%, maybe lower. Does she have cancer or something?

Man, they weren't kidding about white women aging like 2% milk
>The Beatles were not a terribly interesting band, but their fans were and still are an interesting phenomenon. They have turned me into some kind of Internet celebrity not because of the 6,000 bios that i have written, not because of the 800-page book that i published, not because of the 30 years of cultural events that i organized, but simply because i downplayed the artistic merits of the Beatles, an action that they consider as disgraceful as the 2001 terrorist attacks.
Leave Scaruffi alone!

Just off the top of my head
Childhood is idolizing Aphex Twin.
Adulthood is realizing that 808 State were superior at the Ambient House business, Orbital were superior at the Experimental Techno business, Luke Vibert as Plug is superior at the Drill and Bass business, and Autechre are superior at the overall experimentation and innovation business.
childhood is bring a pretentious cunt like you
adulthood is realizing that they are all great enjoyable music and not spewing dumb meme statements to get reactions from people on an oriental lantern making forun
what ambient house did 808 state make
