why wasn't Leo there in person?
Death Grips fans love to shittalk how Danny Brown, Clipping, Kanye etc. ripped-off their style, yet every time you remind them that DG themselves ripped-off artists like Dalek, Techno Animal and others they start sperging out and saying that it doesn't matter because Death Grips are Death Grips and that they are doing their own thing.
What's up with that?

>ripped off
I don't think you understand art.
how did clipping and danny brown rip of dg?
The only thing Danny Brown and DG have in common are the fact that they use unconventional rap beats. That's not style ripping
This is pretty much a lost cause at this point but you guys are my last chance. I've posted on a few dif boards trying to source this already but I'm looking for a song that I cant get out of my head. I'll post the details I gave from the previous threads I've made, here.
Does anyone remember a thread from some time between 2010 and 2012 about a yellow cassette tape? The post was some guy who was exploring and found some shack of some sort. inside he found a beat up yellow cassette if I'm remembering correctly. He played the cassette and it was a wicked eerie song. I cant get the tune out of my head for some reason and I've had a chill running down my spine for the past hour. one detail I could be completely misremembering is that the lyrics may or may not have had something to do with playing by a train track and getting hit or something. The more I think about it, the more it comes back to me. Some of the lyrics went something like "He played by the *something something*, He played by the *something something*, He played by the *something something*" or he played in the poppy fields.
probably tylo be chillin

Someday, Somehow yoko ono will Suck my peniS.
my favorite game is to post something about yoko ono in a reddit comment section, and try to masturbate to completion before someone links the video where she walks up to a mic and screams for like a minute, or the chuck berry video. i haven't won yet.

Have you ever met up with anyone from /mu/ or 4chan for gigs or dating?
>>71918304
have you?
>>71918304
No, seems like a trap
good lord no
judging by board demo there's a high chance it'd be a trap or a gay man trying to bum me. and even if it was neither it'd be an utter creep with endless mental health issues and this awkward tension from both of us knowing what a loser the other one is
i don't like being so lonely but i'll take it over subjecting myself to meeting one of you cunts
Thoughts?

that's cute anon :3
but no
How the fuck are they so influential?
>>71916547
with the death of cobain people wanted some fun and simple music to jam to that wasn't depressing as fuck so along with green day and sum 41 they took hold of teens
>>71916588
It still doesn't explain how influential they are. There's at least 3 or 4 years between when Cobain died and when they got popular. There's also a shitton of bands that were similar to them, yet they happened to become the kingpins for pop punk
>>71916547
Because they're popular?
