Do you listen to hip-hop reading the lyrics or not?
I can't read. But I do listen to hip hop.

i want to star to learn, i played guitar like two years, but is hard? (I do not know anything about musical theory.)
>>72240973
"I played guitar like two years" makes it sound like you're not really a musician?
I wouldn't say piano is "hard" but a background in theory really helps. A lot. Even if you just learn some basics about triads/chords/inversion/keys etc. Learning piano kind of goes hand in hand with learning about the theory - a lot of concepts only "click" for me when I think about them in the context of the piano, even though piano is not my main instrument.
My advice would to be
1. Learn to read real music (if you can't already)
2. Get some basic theory background
3. Use Suzuki method books to teach yourself
Suzuki method gets you playing actual songs pretty fast and boosts confidence a lot. Plus you will be putting all those theory concepts into practice, and getting more familiar with them.
yeah, I consider myself amateur and being honest not too good with the guitar.anyway i try my best and thanks a lot for the reply

redpill me on weezer - whats the appeal? whats his problem?
>Despite Pinkerton's initial failure, during Weezer's hiatus the album amassed a cult following. By the time of the release of the Green Album in 2001, a wave of mainstream emo bands including Jimmy Eat World, Saves the Day, Dashboard Confessional and Motion City Soundtrack had cited it as a major influence.[65] Cuomo was not comforted by this development, and told Rolling Stone in 2001: "The most painful thing in my life these days is the cult around Pinkerton. It's just a sick album, sick in a diseased sort of way. It's such a source of anxiety because all the fans we have right now have stuck around because of that album. But, honestly, I never want to play those songs again; I never want to hear them again."[65]
Imagine what would have happened if critics didn't shit on Rivers for Pinkerton.

For a little extra fun, have other anons try to guess what it is
I can just post the most generic image of spongebob and I'll still get 10 replies thinking they know exactly who it is

ITT: lyrics that make you smile every time you hear them.
>"AKs with bayonets, on deck, rep my set, sorta like Squidward and his clarinet."
that squidward line always seems to be the favorites with normies. I mean, look at the youtube comments to the xxx album. The first one is the squidward line. HA! Hilarious! He referenced a show we watched as kids! Fucking yuck. I love Danny Brown, but the fact that so many assholes reference that line is fucking shite. Yea, we get it, you've seen Spongebob.
>This is not a diss, but your bitch looks like Hurricane Chris
Perhaps the funniest Danny Brown line ever

What's the general consensus on this line? Is it corny, or is it good? So bad it's good? So good its bad?
I think it's so good it's bad but I'm pretty sure others here would probably think the inverse of that.
