Warpaint is so sexy performing undertow (a song they did not perform at coachelle, least on stream version).

>you find the original version of the "Binky listens to X" meme https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKuAsndvxvs&ab_channel=ArthurRead
>You unironically like the music Binky is listening to
>You look up the Bang on a Can All-Stars
>tfw they actually exist
Why does nobody on here actually talk about them? They seem like exactly the sort of thing people would talk about on /mu/.
thats actually not bad
people just come and go as they please on stage
it's a nice little outfit
Oh yeah, I heard that they played In C by Terry Riley once. Pretty nice. Also, I love Michael Gordon, so I think I would enjoy them.
1. Ultralight Beam
2. FML
3. Real Friends
4. Wolves (especially b4 he fucked it up by putting his verses on it)
Maybe fit Famous somewhere in there.
>>72452344
sure his own wolves verse is corny as shit, but vince and sia were on it from the beginning and belong there
>>72452344
I didnt lisen to it in a good quality but. Ultra Light Beam is one of his best songs. Unbelivably powerful.
Weeknd did good in FML and the based Chance took over the original take of Waves.
The rest kinda of blended in my ears honestly. gotta have to listen to it again. i swear i only remember the bitch i made you famous verse and the video to "Fade" sincerely pretty neat and hot...but i'm gonna concentrate on it next time. Having a cd preferably so i can have a good opinion but it isn't immediately accessible as far as i can tell
tlop isn't shitty, it's not amazing but i think it's decent enough.
how many concerts have you actually been to?
I've seen too many shows that I can't even really remember them all. Most recently I saw a super awesome tribute band to The Beatles called "Britain's Finest" and they played two 45min sets of early-mid era and then after the intermission they came back in full Sgt. Pepper's regalia and played later era songs.
Aside for local bands around LA that you probably never heard of I have seen
>Rancid
>NOFX
>Mighty Mighty Bosstones
>The Aggrolites (x2)
>LA philharmonic (Mozart, Bach, Brahms, Tchaikovsky)
and I just bought tickets to pre-presurprise my brother with a show before his wedding/bachelor's party to go see ME FIRST AND THE GIMME GIMMES.. it just occurred to me that I love going to shows
I know that I left a few out. I also am seeing Paul McCartney again in July.

The Cure was really good too. Saw the last 2/3rds of their set. I really like Cheap Trick too, and living in the Chicago area, they're around a lot.

don't bother. I made a thread yesterday asking for recs in this vein and got nothing but a torrent of abuse from autistic chavs who seem inherently offended by the prospect of asking for music recs on a music discussion board. apparently the MD culture of 'sharing the love' that we've been pounded with by the degenerate media for the last 20+ years is nothing more than a phoney lie - in reality these are bitter, lonely individuals. they don't want to share anything - they wear their musical taste as a fashion accessory, little more than a trophy... a monument to their wasted years of subhuman behaviour. they are vile, nasty vindictive scum. oxygen thieves, every last one of them.
the reality of course is that they realise their genre is on surface deep - the reason they can't provide more obscure recs is that there is nothing else of worth to discover. just keep listening to the 10 or 20 albums from this joke genre that well-adjusted humans agree actually matter, safe in the knowledge that you are a vastly superior human with vastly superior tastes
>Says Amnesiac is overrated
>Says TKOL is the worst Radiohead album
>Gives DAMN. a 7
>Gives Narkopop a 2
Who actually listens to this grapefruit?
obviously you do
>>72451786
Amnesiac is fairly rated but leaning towards being overrated.
TKOL is in a close tie with being the worst Radiohead Album
DAMN. is an 8.5-9
Narkopop is far higher than a 2 especially when contrasted to it's "sister record"
Misguided, underconfident, insecure teenagers listen to the Melon.

You realize they spent $800k to make Saturnz Barz, right? They most likely wouldn't release another music just a few weeks after that one.
