Why the fuck did this album have such bad production issues? This is a band that has been making music since 1984 and this is an album made in 2008, and it's their only album with these issues. The worst part is that these songs are pretty great, even though The Day That Never Comes is essentially a shittier version of "One" and The unforgiven 3 has a fucking 3 in the title.

What has this cunt been doing lately, anyway? Surprised his career wasn't ruined after Death Magnetic
>>72577312
Agree with you OP, solid album and a great comeback after the lackluster years of the 90's and early 2000's. The production and mixing really killed it, don't know what the fuck were they thinking.
Is Vaporwave still "hip" and "with it"?
Or have the ""cool dudes"" moves onto something else?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYkHVzMxwmA
it's a normie genre now
It was never "cool."

What are the cool kids listening to now?
I must remain in the loop and hip.
What are you listening to right now?
What are your favourite labels?
What are your favourite jazz releases from this year?
>inb4 /classical/ autists
>inb4 /mu/ shitposts
>inb4 thread 404s because it's not about flavor of the month trash or some fucking meme
I don't think I've ever listened to a jazz album released after 2010. The new Kamasi song is shit, sounds like a boring version of Pharaoh Sanders.
Same with classical music, really. I just can't stomach the never stuff.
Just my opinion. :^)

This isn't bad at all. Why do you retards overreact about everything ? If I didn't listen to music myself I would think everything ever recorded is shit.
Its bad, retard
This is 4chan, its full of NEETs and Fags who have nothing better to do than bitch and troll
If /mu/ hates damon so much why do they get pissed when he doesn't sing on Gorillaz songs?
Would you guys date a girl with shit taste?
I wouldn't mind unless it was Grimes or Taylor Swift
>>72577117
why?
>>72577157
Because their music is physically painful to listen to
>"Haven't you heard? It's a battle of words."
>The poster bearer cried.
>"Listen son," said the man with the gun,
>"There's room for you inside."
does this album get shit on here for any reason other than it's one of the most highly regarded albums of all time?
because it's fucking boring
>>72577105
I've never seen a critique that's particularly damning. Mostly people saying they're tired of it either from listening to it too much themselves or because of all of the praise it gets.
And it's basically a meme to say that real Pink Floyd fans like WYWH more.
Does anybody really listen to Money and think "Wow this is truly one of the best albums of all time"
It's still Suhyun day
>>72577061
1st for laboum
Fatso uggo day
>2017
>still listening to music, the lowest art form
I don't listen to music.
good point
>>72576932
Your point?
Now that the dust has settled, who was the best artist to have come out of the folk revival scene?
Joanna probably
bob dylan
can we agree that Unwound is way better than Sonic Youth?
apples and oranges tbqh
unwound are more song-oriented while sonic youth is all about free form jams and improv
>>72576874
Unwound are the only band that matters
>>72576874
unwound wouldn't exist without sonic youth. they're both great bands though
wtf i thought this album was supposed to be good
it's just some german guys playing a trumpet with kitchen utensils and an analogue computer
ok
>>72576829
>it's just some german guys playing a trumpet with kitchen utensils and an analogue computer
i really wish it was that because that would be the best album ever made
>>72576829
This one is easier if you're unfamiliar with krautrock
and I'm not even fucking joking
>>72576808
>best industrial rock album of all time
And I'm not even fucking joking.
good joke man, i laughed
>>72576817
it's not a joke, I sweat to this shit
>white artist "exploits black music"
WE
WUZ
>Black person "exploits white cities"
First time in the six years I'm coming to /mu/ that I was able to actually appreciate this album, feels weird, I always joked about it being comicaly bad, but you were right /mu/ it's pretty good, at least an 8/10, It's like closing a circle, am I a /mu/tant now?
I don't know, don't think so, but enjoying this album after all this time does feel emotionally like having a long over-due realization .
>>72576584
stay woke, op
>>72576584
how many listens does it take, because holy shit I can't stand this album
>>72576584
this is supposed to be the first thing you listen to so you can die having listened to the greatest piece of music in modern history
Is midwest emo actually good?
y/n
I can't into most emo. Too whiny desu.
This would be included in that.
Pg 99 and stuff like that is cool though, albeit a little melodramatic
YOU'LL TASTE IT

The vocals/lyrics are kind of what kill my interest in it.
American Football would have been a great math rock album if it were an instrumental
