Like a month ago, after hearing a lot of good things about PWR BTTM I finally checked out their music, and turns out it's great.
Then the shit hit the fan. http://jezebel.com/member-of-queer-punk-band-pwr-bttm-accused-of-sexual-as-1795132781
I'm dumbstruck. The more I read, the more true and false the whole story gets. Reports of multiple victims. The main victim had an ongoing thing with Ben and then decided it was assault after the fact.
Michael from Swans gets accused of rape, he denies it, moves on with his career. Varg from Burzum is a bonafide murderer and racist, still making records. One person writes a post about another person's alleged experience, PWR BTTM's career is over. What the fuck?
TL;DR I'm asking fans, ex-fans, and onlookers; do you believe the accusations? Is it right for their entire career to just die? Can Liv kick out Ben and start something new a year from now?

I have 2 types.
The one that sound like cicadas, it's very faint and I only hear it in quiet when I focus on it.
I also have pulsatile tinnitus, which only gets bad when I'm stressed.

Pretty sure this guy wasn't a pedo. Think about it. He was pretty much denied any kind of childhood and thrust into performance at a stupidly young age by his sadistic exploitative father who used to beat the shit out of him and his bros. I do think he loved kids, but in a non-sexual way. He loved being around their innocence and naivety because he could make believe he was a kid and vicariously experience the childhood he never had. Perhaps as an adult, he could also play the role of the supportive emotionally available father figure he never had. He'd have slumber parties with the Culkster or whoever because he desperately wanted to feel that magic and innocence of childhood which he was never gifted the first time around. He made a fantasy land theme park for kids to escape to. He was very broken. His daddy broke him. All he wanted to do was be a kid and be loved.
