Hey mu, dont know if this is the right place to ask this but how can i pervent pops in my mic recordings? I have a pop filter but it doesnt seem to help. In case you need to know my mic is the rode nt1a and my audio interface is the focusrite scarlett 2i2. Plz help.

i guess just try to keep the lines clear
whatever sound wires you use just avoid them bumping around a lot, especially if the plug sockets are a bit loose
Step away 8 inches from the microphone and listen to how that sounds. Make sure you're recording environment is somewhat stable and that your level isn't too hot.

You are probably clipping the interface. Make sure that the preamp volume is relatively low.
Why do you guys like kpop so much?
It's fun
Pretty girls and because going from western music to kpop is like stepping out of a wasteland and into a room full of vibrant colours

The only people on this board who like it stay in their general and most others on the board filter it. So you aren't getting a representative sample of /mu/
Any of y'all niggas fuck with XavlegbmaofffassssitimiwoamndutroabcwapwaeiippohfffX?

I got to thinking lads that we never seem to talk about this subject: what is the earliest music you ever remember hearing ? Your first musical memories.
For me when I was 4 or 5 I had a tape player and The Beatles' and America's greatest hits and listened to them on repeat while building legos. Your turn.
please respond I'm curious
Listening to Rubber Soul while strapped into a carseat with my dad driving me somewhere
The first thing I remember listening was the only cd my dad had, The Wall. At the time i didn't understand english at all but hearing in the flesh with the airplane crashing gave me the vibe of being listening music for dead soldiers or something like that. I loved it
>Inb4 that's two cd's
There's this guy I know who says "drummist" instead of "drummer", how do I deal with this?
You wouldn't call a racer a "racist"

just plain bad
theres a few of those intentional mutes that sound a bit awkward but overall its really good. maybe throw some chorus on that bitch but its not really necessary.
>>73255917
btw the awkward mutes are at 0:20 and 0:47and 1:26. i know its intentional but it could be cleaner

Just listen to any of his discography Pre - Prison. Post prison he's still good but it doesnt have that same feeling.
The State vs Radric Davis is good though, his mixtapes are where all the fire is though.
toughts on this?
it would be a 10/10 but that fucking "2014 untitled" song it's fucking awful

>MEMES MEE MEE MEMES MAY MAY MEMES MEMES MEMES MEEEEEEEEMES!
I see why you guys like Weezer so much
Why haven't you taken the halsey-pill yet /mu/?
I like songs
cause i like pop with good production and a singer who doesn't have to cough up a lung to sound decent
Because man-haired girls should be exexuted.
Especially (((Halsey))). She is influencing a degeneration. Shows tits at Grammys, BLM sympathy, dyke.
ITT: your favorite albums when you were in high school
I went though a melodic death metal phase when I was 15
