No one will believe me, but I swear Steve took this album cover from a meme 10 years ago. It's an image macro with this picture of the monkeys and the caption was "THIS IS SPARTA!!" or some other shit meme that was popular back in 2007. Someone has to know what I'm talking about.
cigarettes after sex

I remember mate
>he likes neofolk
>>73630873
Neofolk is pretty corny desu.
I like Douglas Pearce though, he strikes me as a good guy from the interviews I've read with him.
*trumpets doot in the distance*
>>73630912
Yeah, that's true. He does seem like a good guy.
He has also been extremely productive over the years. I revisited his discography over the last few days and I have to say it's beautiful and more diverse than I remember.
Most of the releases in this folder feature unique versions of songs, only DISCriminate is a mere compilation. Some of the live albums are also a little lackluster but apart from that he's absolutely great.

Album covers that are your aesthetic.
Her albums may be good because of the backing bands more than her, but how can anyone who's into Experimental Rock hate on stuff like Plastic Ono Band and Fly?
It's cool to hate her
muh "broke up the beatles" meme
>>73630504
Because they're not very good.
no artist deserve hate
Can someone explain Swans to me? What the fuck is the appeal of listening to a 28 minute song?
>>73630487
i saw them live and it was kinda like i was forcing myself to like it. i like some of their albums but i was almost falling asleep at their performance. i just didn't get it.
Its a good song
it's mostly ambience and atmosphere.
the songs on filth are more song like and structured. listen to filth when you're coming home late after work/school
Never postet on this board before.
Maybe some metalheads can help me out here,
I'm looking for the cover art of a metal album from way back in the 90s,but the record could also been from the former decade.
It depicted a grim reaper, and now after an endless google search i think it might be "dehumanizer" by black sabbath,it has the grim reaper and the same darkblue/red color sheme, but im not quite sure its the right one..
I remember annoying the fuck out of my brother to make me a drawing of it because of course he wouldnt just give the booklet of one of his cds to his pain in the ass 4year old brother.
Can anyone of you think a cover that comes any close to this one?
In my imagination i remember there being knight armors in a row behind the grim reaper guy, maybe even multible reapers.
This was like almost 25 years ago,but it still bothers me sometimes when it comes to mind.
bump,help me out here!
>>73630346
Maybe this one?

I'm assuming you add Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields but what do you remove? Is there anything else to add?
keep with a little help from my friemds, delete for the benefit of mr kite
Can we stop talking about this album? I was listening to the radio the other day and a segment about SGP was on. They had the harpist for "She's leaving home" on and she told her story and how she played her part. That is how deep we are into analyzing this album.
maybe replace Lovely Rita with Penny Lane. not sure what to replace with Strawberry Fields though
Will it be the blunder of the century?

it's gonna bomb due to being a tidal exclusive. no one gives a shit about tidal
>>73630438
lemonade was a tidal exclusive, but shit was massive
>everyone complains how everyone is a /mu/ drone and normie
>all the threads are about /mu/core or normie music
Show me you're different. You can't can you.
>>73630150
I only listen to Onkyo and amplifier feedback
I don't like making threads but I post in them
my favorite artists are the gerogerigegege Edie and the eggs and the screamers, all bands that have technically never released an album
I have been on /mu/ since 2009 but specifically avoided all pitchforkcore like neutral milk hotel and radiohead because of their underage fan bases
In fact, if I hear someone mention a /mu/core artist around me I automatically tune out because I know their opinion is worthless or regurgitated from theneedledrop or pitchfork.
COUNTRY THREAD BOYS LETS SEE IT.
brazil
Anybody else here listen to the Trucker, Kickers and Cowboy Angels: The Blissed Out Birth of Country Rock set? It came out in 2014 through 2016 iirc. It's a nice listening experience but they couldn't get some big name bands and artists on the album, like Neil Young, The Rolling Stones and Creedence (who all had country rock phases) so it's a little disjointed.
I really enjoyed Sweetheart of the Rodeo and then Flying Burrito Brothers' debut
What else is similar to these I should check out?
Essential albums for to get on vinyl
All of them
the ones you like the most
>>73630030
My first two were Madvillainy and Dark Side of the Moon, but /mu/tants will recommend you some obscure shit
>Haha Stacy he says his favorite band is something called 'Neutral Milk Hotel?' I mean what a weirdo. Why doesn't he just listen to Drake or something?
stacy's mom tho
fools, drake is merely an industry plant listened by the most plebeian consumers
*twirls cape*
haha its funny because that is not the original context of the image but because you used greentext it seems like it is ;)
