Ken - By Request Only, as far as 'known' albums
Or there are countless unknown albums made by middle-aged dads on home recording equipment in the 70s and 80s.
Look through the Acid Archives book for some of this stuff.

Even aside from novelty purposes, everyone should do this. You won't be disappointed.

Remember a couple of months ago. /mu/ had a big Tournament that involve us voting on greatest album of all time.
Pic related were the top two.
I still don't know which one won. But my point is.
Can we please stop pretending any of us have superior taste in music when we voted MBDTF and ITAOTS as greatest albums of all time?

>Can we please stop pretending any of us have superior taste in music when we voted MBDTF and ITAOTS as greatest albums of all time?
It's literally memes
Nobody votes for ITAOTS unironically, nor MBDTF
ITAOTS is the mascot of /mu/ and MBDTF the mascot of everything /mu/ hates
It's just memes. Go to /daily/. That's /mu/.
>>73671583
Wrong. Both are 10/10.
I followed you until the end there. Those are both actually great albums. ITAOTS is one of the greatest of the 90's
ITT: Times Anthony was wrong.
Include what score he gave the album and what it should have been.

MORE MELONPOSTING REEEEEE
Most of the time, he's clueless about music
Steve Wilson - The Raven that Refused to Sing
OPN - R Plus Seven
Aphex Twin - Syro
Death Grips - Bottomless Pit (it's terrible)
Gas - Narkopop
etc. I'm not giving him more views
It's a 4 at best
Why do we never talk about early Bathory?
dunno but we should fix it
so what do you think about it ?
>>73671474
Bathory's first 3 albums are top fucking tier. Reap of Evil off The Return is probably the earliest instance of pure death metal vocals and intensity.
I could never get into Viking Bathory, as soon as Quorthon starting singing I was out. Blood Fire Death and their debut are my favourites for sure. So many dope riffs in BFD too.
post your favourite italian album pls

Hell name a better artist than her, in general
An essential "music would be better without the vocals artist"
>>73671398
But Quarantine is her best album and a masterpiece.
>>73671398
If you don't like her vocals you have absolute dogshit taste
I see plenty of /prod/ threads and a good amount of /noise/ threads, but the /prod/ is too traditional most of the time and the /noise/ threads are fun, but not enough people in them make their own noise (or if they do, they don't discuss it).
If you make your own, I'm really interested in how and what your ideas are. Post photos of your gear, clyps of your noise, discuss your favorite techniques, anything of the sort. Non-prod posters are welcome, but preferably keep the discussion /prod/-related, yea?
I've been making no-input with a Mackie 12FX. Does anybody know where I can begin learning to make pedals? I can solder and understand electrical components, but not in a musical context.
I'm also trying to figure out which amp to get. I'd prefer tubes, but I'm open.
My two favorite methods for producing 10/10 noise music:
>recording my freezer with my cellphone
>recording the broken coffee machine at work with my cellphone
I'm gonna be putting out splits with Merzbow and Whitehouse in the next few months.
noise "music" is shit
