ive listerally never seen a good music documentary. some that had interesting information but none i would call good as films in the way herzog documentaries are great in terms of methodologies of conveying information, cinematography, editing, and scoring.
Those of you who consider Graduation to be Kanye's best album, may I ask why that is? I see it around on here quite a bit and I just don't understand it. I mean, I like the album, but I don't understand how it could be anyone's favorite album of his.
literally nobody says that and you deserve to be banned
>>73889583
I've seen people say it plenty of times on here though. Unless all of them were just trolling
graduation cant be kanye west's best album since there's at least one song on it (drunk and hot girls) that is just plain awful
ITT: Post an artist and others say what they think him/her.

electronic kino
>>73889543
What?
Comes off as a tard in interviews and Boards of Canada, Four Tet, and Autechre do it better. If electronic music was more popular in the US and not some insular British thing he would be as cool to hate as The Beatles, Nirvana, Queen, etc.
>I want the Mac DeMarco audience
>implying he didn't do that already with Pom Pom
>>73889514
link?
>neither sound anything like Mac Demarco

What did they mean by this?
Alright, lets settle this once and for all /mu/. Two albums enter, only one leaves. Which is better?
pet sounds is better and it's not even close
"Tomorrow Never Knows" is the best song on either, but Pet Sounds doesn't have a mound of unlistenable bullshit in the middle and also doesn't have completely uneven musical styles
>>73889511
Every Beatles album from A Hard Day's Night through Let It Be is better than Pet Sounds.
I miss 2011

>>73889274
Yeah but it blowskis. The new one is so good tho, the disco influences and general 70s feel are amazing
>>73889236
Saw them earlier this year for the first time after having not listened to them since 2011 or early 2012. They were pretty good
