THIS IS A STOWY
Had an Open Mic night in my university today. Played Dion, Animals and Beatles on my guitar. Even offered the crowd to sing along, but only 2 knew Yellow Submarine. Crowd didn't seem so excited. (And no, my skill and singing are fine, back in my school ppl were happy with my House of the Rising Sun)
After that kids started coming up with Beyonce and other pop. Everyone was so excited and applauded so loud. I never listened to original songs before, so I came home to check them out.
WHAT THE FUCK? It's impossible to listen to that kind of shit. I'm utterly disappointed in my university's students.
Anyways, what of music you can play on guitar will make the crowd happy? No, not going for pop. Smells Like Teen Spirit is also out, you barely need any skill to play it.

should have done an edgy song like nine inch nails closer
that would have got their attention
Out of all the Beatles songs you decided tout play fucking Yellow submarine?
What else? After getting little to no reaction from House of the Rising Sun, that was a last resort.

Getting a bit tired of JazzHop and lo-fi Hip Hop lately. That's why I'm looking to get into Chilled Jazz.
Here's some pretty good chill jazz to add to your chill jazz playlist

Just started listening to country any other songs that fit the styles/are similar of these songs here?

Dolly Parton is the peak of pop country. Listen to the whole Jolene album. It's one of my favorites. When it comes to pop country, campbell is one of my favorites.

MBDTF

For fucks sake google "best rap albums of all time" and sample them you middle schooler

You should really try to decide how you feel about this on your own.
>>73900655
Alternatively you may just lack the mental capacity to process what you're hearing, or commit any of it to memory. Can't rule that out either.
it's the perfect BSS album, the closer is amazing. 9/10 for me.
where can i find tropical music from the 50s and 60s?

White Calypso is hard to listen to.
Especially Robert Mitchum's album where he has a fucking accent.

"Nostalgic Hawaii"
The Spongebob OST
I'm not even playing.
is Annie Erin Clark aka St. Vincent the most maternal sounding musician ever, /mu/?
she just exudes motherly love and compassion in each and every song
ive never went from loving an artist to losing all respect for an artist so fast
I don't get motherly vibes at all from her. You must have a fucked up relationship with your mother OP.
>>73900607
Because of New York? Or from St Vincent (st)? One of those answers is acceptable, the other is retarded

You ever hear of this guy called blank banshee
2016 release from the guy that did (at least IMO) the best tracks from Hotline Miami 2 (Decade Dance, Voyager). Pretty solid electronic music.
Film scores, epic music, trailer music, and video game OST appreciation thread.
For me, Red Vs Blue has an amazing soundtrack. Every season has its own theme th hat is unique.
Hans Zimmer is definitely my favorite composer. In my opinion he is just as good as John Williams. Hans has just as many movies if not more under his belt.
How about you?
