What's /mu/ think of Tom Waits? He's been good feels music for me lately
>>74298564
Aw yeah I love that dude
>>74298564
yeah I've been feeling him a lot lately, I've taken to calling him "tequila rock" although I'm sure bourbon is more his style.
I just think Hunter S. Thompson like, big sunglasses, big hawaiian shirt, drinking away reality in a dingy jazz bar... that's the life huh.
pick
Do you even listen to any music thats not rock, rap or waifupop??
Yeah I listen to a lot of DnB.
>>74298507
Minimalist dark techno and glitchy breakbeat mostly, also an unhealthy amount of plunderphonics. Sometimes musique concrete or lowercase but that requires a mood
>>74298507
I'm a big electronic fan
Daft Punk, Burial, Apehx Twins, the list goes on...
Just had sex for the first time and can tell you won't like it for the rest of your life.
deathgrips prob
Lemme give you a lil pep talk bruv.
For a lot of people, the first time they have sex isn't great. You're so new to it and it can be kind of emotional and you might stress out too much to enjoy it. The person you're having sex with might not make it great, either.
Don't know if it applies to you, but it's a little like smoking weed for the first time - you're not good at it, it's not nearly as fun as it could be with familiarity, and you might not like at first.
So I'd suggest giving it a few more goes before writing it off.
Anyway, Song Against Sex.

Honey Jalepeno sounds delicious.

Do people in the hood fucking love honey or something
Okay so there are only a handful of guitar solos that i genuinely enjoy listening to. In fact, i have my top 6.
6. When the Levee Breaks - LedZ - Appealing on every level
5. Hey You - Pink Foyd - Really captivating
4. Hotel California - The Eagles, long stretching outo incredibly nice .
3. Comfortably Numb (2nd solo) Though more the song itself. The solo manages to improve it.
2. Time - Pink FLoyd - Just rips into everything, exceptional. eargasm everytime, and always insufficient volume!!.
1. November Rain.- Guns 'n Roses -yeah..
Aside from these. Stairway to Heaven, Bohemian Rhapsody, more Queen and Pink Floyd. I can usually tollerate.. The Beatles kept it nice and modest. always appreciated that.
There will be some more I don't mind or not patricularly care for. Yet usually solos fail to settle for my indifference, I generally can not stand them.. And get annoyed by them..
Usually disagree with people proclaiming guitar gods and all - Yeah I'm sure they play really complicated and outstanding, but it doesn't sound any good to my ears.. well anyway
Based on my fav's what is there to recommend that you think would win me over?
Solo from All Along The Watchtower
Maggot Brain
You'd probably like more of David Gilmour's solos. Try "The Blue" off his album On An Island.
I don't know what else to recommend you because everything you've listed, some of which is actually good, is super entry level.

Great reviewer. He has been flat out wrong a couple times but its nice to know that the biggest music critic in the world isn't a failed artist for once.
DAMN is not that great
To pimp a butterfly is not a 10/10
MBDTF is better than he suggests
Rodeo is an alright trap album
Despite all of this I still love the melonhead. Guy still has his heart in the right place.
what albums did he 10/10?
>>74298089
i don't know but To Pimp a butterfly isn't one
>>74298089
To Pimp A Butterfly, To Be Kind, The Money Store
Would the band Ghost be considered metal, rock or classic rock since it sounds like their stuff belongs in the 70s with Black Sabbath and Blue Oyster Cult?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsoAwRYdCM0
Metal
Ghost would be such a great band if they didn't jizz le edgy 666antichrist666 nonsense all over everything.
Heavy Metal.
Liked their album from 2015.
I'm starting to realize more and more that I'm gay, music to help me cope?

Electric avenue. Straight to Mike "like cock? Prepare for the shock" Pence.
What do I listen to if I love this album? I haven't found anything else like it.
>>74297558
tyler the creator
>>74297580
I already listen to Tyler the Creator. Haven't listened to Bastard and Goblin though.

ITT: Albums we Don't Deserve
>>74297463
This album is not that good. 7/10 being generous. Stop the wankery just because her wife died.
>>74297463
Yes we didn't deserve such a shit album
What does /mu/ think of The Horrors?
I like em
>>74297461
First time listening to them. Pretty cool tbhfam
Hopefully the new album doesn't suck donkey dick, shame they won't return to the original sound, it was kinda unique. Some of the tracks in recent albums sound like generic dream pop.
Does /mu/ like death metal?
Evanescence is goth metal, not death metal
>>74297434
Evanescence is technical progressive avant-garde proto post musique death metal concrete get it right nerd
this is nice thread
