Tips on playing the alto quietly? My sound is improving when I put a lot of air into the instrument but when I play quietly using little air I have this static noise of breathe over all of my notes especially the higher ones.
Any advice to minimize this because I think it makes me sound pretty terrible.

All That You Can't Leave Behind is very pretty, but I hate that it set a precedent for everything that succeeded it. Every album since then have been pale imitations of something that was never their best work to begin with.
