Whats your problem with techno, house, breaks and garage?
>>74378509
It's a genre that is harder to get into for me because it's mainly based on singles and i am an album person. Literally the only reason
>>74378530
Why is that a problem? The hassle? The length?
You could try mixes instead.
nothing im just not a chav nor a /bleep/drone
And when I look into your pale goblin eyes
I see the reflection of a crazed and starved wild animal
Animal
Animal
Oh baby animal
Animal
Animal
Oh baby animal
Are these good lyrics? I basically wanna be the next Leonard cohen and I wanna know if I'm a good lyricist. Sounds good to me
>>74378501
It really just depends on how you deliver them. just written out like this, they're ass
>>74378501
Usually lyrics are hard to judge without the musical context. Those seem like they would be ok over some decent music, but it is FAR from a Leonard Cohen level, who's lyrics can read like beautiful poetry even without the musical accompaniment
get rid of the repetitions of animal and the oh babys please
please for the love of god
you can do better
This is actually fantastic

Hello bassists of mu. I was wondering if any of you know of any good books that helped you learn. I would like a book that doesnt have tablature, and also no basic blues stuff. I want to start playing more jazz and therefore i would also like a book that has everything i would need to know about scales, modes, and key changes. Also maybe a book for guitar/piano that just has chord charts to practice improv. Any information on what books are good and what aren't would be helpful.
