Free Form Freakouts were unironically one of the most genius ideas of the 20th century with regards to rock music
>>74658072
agreed. another example of how jazz literally influenced everything

WELL HEY NOW
What message was Kesha trying to convey in her Praying video with phrases like "Don't Be Yourself" and "Democrats are Evil"?
well?
>>74658019
idk lol
"Democrats are Evil" is probably a comment on Fox News
"Don't Be Yourself" is probably a comment about how TV encourages you to copy the "perfect" archetypes you see in your favourite shows rather than just b urself lol
I bet he was glad to have died in 1980 since he was a huge Bowie fan. He never had to be disappointed with the abortions that were called his albums 3 years later

I was unable to listen to brutal music because my ears weren't trained for it. After starting off with melodeath and working my way up to the harder stuff, this album finally "clicked" with me after trying quite a few times. Holy fuck these riffs are infectious. My ears are finally opened.
You'll prob like pic related OP
>>74657943
I've noticed with heavy music, especially harsh vocals, its something that has to click. You just hit it in the right mood from the right point of view and it's never the same.
>>74657943
It's one of the best albums ever made.
Isn't if fucking hilarious how, yes, the riffs are somehow infectious and the vocals make sense?
My bandmate (drummer) listens to almost no metal and he was converted to cryptopsy after track 2. Still listens to almost no metal.

Rap is more prevalent than jazz because little niggers were too lazy and stupid to learn instruments and wanted to make the most low effort music possible.
Prove me wrong. You can't
>>74657927

>>74657927

>Nickleback managed to release this pure Rock-Kino
Seriously, just listen to it. How did they do it?
It sounds like post-black album Metallica. Still shit though.
>>74657888
Isn't it ironic that the poster child band for soulless corporate rock created by big record labels has an album called Feed The Machine?
It sounds like Planet of Ice by Minus the Bear
Next
Ok i'm amazed they finally did something different, and the drumming is pretty good. but it's still nickleback
