Been recently thinking of getting into Vinyl, is it worth it?
I would probably mostly buy Movie soundtracks and my favorite artists. Is the quality really a big difference? General Vinyl thread I guess too.
>>14808
Fuck you you white honkey ass Nordic nigger bitch
>>14808
The quality depends on the mastering.
The ~aesthetic~ of placing a record can be intoxicating.
A good soundsystem for any medium can be comperable, but records 'offer' a larger soundscape than CDs.
Vinyl is fun but expensive and takes up a lot of space. It's not that the sound quality is better but it has more character from your records getting fucked up over time. It's ok but I think modern hifi audio is a better/cooler
What does /mtv/ think of the new song from blink-182?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5ZY9ykEjWg
>>14710
They haven't had a good song since Neighborhoods. Tom was the only one who moved on to anything new, music-wise, Mark is trying to live in the past
t. guy who has never posted on /mu/

This. Everyone gives Tom shit but he's literally what kept the band interesting.
Also the new song sucks

All of them because this movie was the most powerful movie on postmodern depression I've seen.
I love the takedown on how fake the new sincerity movement was.

Is the best use of soundtrack in a movie ever?
Your thoughts /mtv/?
There are no good film soundtracks.
Only good operas.
>>14625

What does /mtv/ think about Slipknot?
what are some similar bands?
Pretty f*cking brutal. I was wearing my Slipknot shirt to school the other day, and this total effing JERK came up to me and called me a fag for wearing a Slipknot shirt. I politely told him that Corey Taylor is the greatest metal vocalist of all time, and he gave some half-baked response about some Rob Hefferd guy, and I called him a loser. We proceeded to duke it out behind the gym, and I eventually landed him in a flying chokebar and put him to sleep.
Don't mess with Slipknot, or its maggots.
