On a more serious note, and to be realistic I think moderation is key, learn from my mistake if you will. If you blow it all in one you end up bored waiting for the new season. But definitely start from the beginning like these guys say, simply because you need the whole story to fully understand the rest of the seasons. And possibly the latest season. I feel like season 5 might have some back tracks to season 1 through 4, that you might miss otherwise.

depends. if you want to get an idea of what the show is like, watch a couple season 2 episodes (not the premiere or finale), the first 3 after the premire are a good choice.

if you plan on watching more, watch from the beginning. i used to watch a couple episodes as i ate. you could easily get through it that way.

Timelines are key, if you watch them out of chronology, things get confusing fast. So I'd say, season 1 episode 1. Then off you go.
