Revelations 17:4 "And the woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls. She held in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her sexual immorality."
She frequently dresses in purple and in scarlet. And in the first movie she tried to adorn herself with a crown. She also has 7 friends which are likened to the 7 heads of the beast she rides.
Revelations 17:3
"Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns."
Not to mention in the first movie she appeared as a literal demon after obtaining a golden crown.

Good evening once again my dearest /mlp/
The time has come. A time I thought would never see the light of day. But here it is.As you know, the Pony Cum Jar Project was finished some time ago. You can watch me move Rainbow Dash from the old jar into the new jar here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlBBokLqbKg
Anyway, since the jar is now full and Rainbow Dash has been drowned in cum, it's time to do the one thing I had planned 3 years ago when starting the project. To bury the Cum Jar and Rainbow Dash.
Who knows, maybe I'll dig it up 5 years from now and see how it turned out, maybe Rainbow Dash will be completely dissolved or maybe there will be an underground explosion because of the pressure building in the jar from my cum rotting.
As always, this has been a fantastic journey and I would never had made it if it wasn't for the support of everybody here. I thank you all and hope the best for all of you.
And who knows, there might be a Pony Cum Jar Project 2.0.

Did some searching and found a couple papers that tried to analyze the "phenomenon" of people liking a show. I want to read more of these out of curiosity, if anyone has some examples of mainstream society trying to "analyze" us please share.
