Rainbow Dash probably could, maybe one of the wonderbolts as well. It really depends on if Rainbow can fly faster than the generic magic beams that every unicorn spams when they're in a fight. Glimmer could use some kind of magic to level the playing field, but Rainbow has far more mobility than her and could keep her distance. Rainbow would need a way to break her magical shield though, since I imagine Glimmer is smart enough to use one in a fight.
Maud could be a strong contender, but she'd need the element of surprise to lay a stone between Glimmer's eyes, David vs Goliath style. The war timeline showed she could do it.

Arguable, remember that Glimmer still has teleportation, which should give her the edge in that department. She may have a chance in round 1 if she's able to speed blitz her and it's definitely something she'd do in character. I didn't say how far apart they started the fight so that does kind of leave it up in the air. Round 2 though I think Rainbow just gets instantly crushed into a baseball-sized red and blue sphere...

Teleportation is strong, but it can only take her so far. Rainbow's been shown to fly as fast as, and faster than the speed of sound. Even if we be generous and say that Glimmer can teleport as far as she can see, she still can't do it forever or keep up with Rainbow's raw speed. And if we assume that Rainbow keeps her vertical distance from Glimmer, she can effectively dive bomb her as much as she wants. Unless, of course, Glimmer takes to the sky herself, in which case she's still fighting in Rainbow's element, with the added benefit of falling to her death if Rainbow so much as kicks her horn.
The only real edge Glimmer has here is that telekinesis has been shown to ground Rainbow instantly and has no defined rules for how it can be used. I don't think it's possible to crush something with telekinesis though, it's never been shown to do that.
Really, I think it would be a fair fight. Rainbow is to pegasi what Glimmer is to unicorns.

The biggest issue, larger than Glimmer could ever be, is the lack of consistency.

Glimmer is the single worst thing that's happened to the series but it's nothing compared to the long-term buildup of contradiction.

It's jarring to watch when there is no one person overlooking the whole writing process, like Faust in S1-2. She kept the characters consistent and the story ideas within the show's theme.
