So is it just me or has S7 been incredibly forgettable so far, like way more than all the other seasons? It's not bad, but outside of A Perfect Pear it really hasn't been very good either, it's just kinda been floating in some awkward pool of mediocrity.

I don't know why I ever got into this show, I was really into this fandom and everyone in it. But after season 5 something sort of clicked and I realized I really didn't like this show. I tried to go back and watch the first season but that only furthers my confusion for why I got so heavily into this show. Anyone else here have a similar experience? I think it might be that I have watched better shows since then (ATLA, LOK etc.). Going back my I had problems with pretty much everything, the animation, the characters, the music, everything. Really would like your thoughts and if anyone has ideas on how to try to get back into the show it would be appreciated.
