It gets colder and colder the closer you get to the island. Every breath you and your crew take hangs in the frozen air by the time you draw close enough to see the shoreline.
"This too cold," Astern grumbles, huddling inside a piece of burlap he tied around himself with twine. Being smaller than the rest of you, he was the first to start shivering.
"There's a slight current," Bodi mentions, pointing to an inlet up ahead and to the left. "It's pulling us inward, man."
Basil looks at the landscape, then at you. "Should we go with it, or try to land elsewhere?"
It seems the current wants to pull you into a fjord of some sort. There's ice in the water regardless to where you go, so navigation might prove a bit tricky. You think you can land the craft to the right of the inlet if you act now, but you don't want to trudge through more snow if you don't have to, and leaving your boat on an ice flow might not be wise. Who knows where the fjord will take you, though.

After the experiment, which ended up being either a successful or an unsuccessful flop, you decide to spend the rest of your two hours together with your foals, that is, your companions, in the dream world. After draining Vizier’s dark magic and moulding it together with your own, you quickly decide against trying it with other six gems; it was neither helpful nor painless. Instead, you settle down and relax your body.

You open your eyes immediately after, your two hours have passed in an unnoticeable flash. There is no dream, or a nightmare, to be experienced. You simply close and open your eyes to spot Trampled Flower and Amber chewing their water crystals and talking, Bearwalski between them. You are unable to spot Meridian anywhere nearby. You stand up with a quick scuffle.

“Oh,” Amber exclaims, “The light of Aurora entrapped within the crystal shell.” She smiles, “Good day!”

“Good morning,” you speak with a mental smile. Trampled and Amber share confusing glances in return.

“What’s wrong?”

“Your voice,” mutters Trampled Flower, “It’s...um...”

“It’s breathing with life,” says Amber, “It’s full of emotions! Well, full is a word of epic proportions. But the musical notes of your happiness, sadness... I’m sure I am able to spot them! Pronounce something joyful!”

Your raise your eyebrow and then, with a shake of your head, you try to smile, “You both are quite lively.”

“See, happiness!”

“I think that is an easygoing rhetoric,” Trampled Flower smirks, “It’s hard to spot but... What happened?”
