Buckball sure established itself as a multi-role game swiftly for an "Apple family favorite." A necessity when Braeburn pulled his team together? Regardless, though, the first impression will be a strong one, so ponies will be expecting the same core going forward. Perhaps the rules will be codified more if and when others want to try playing as well (can griffons take the pegasus position?), but first- more ponies in general will need to try playing themselves.
The unicorn position appears to need more coordination than the average pony is prepared for. Practice would help (and likely strengthen magic in general)!

Ponies are always prepared to have a good time supporting an event. It doesn't matter if they've never heard of what's going on before, it's enough to get hyped for happenings! There's a lot of passion just waiting to be directed in these lovers of community spectacle. Small wonder they can find occasion to dress up for traveling exhibits like the Star Swirl museum. Hopefully some new hobbies and interests are picked up along the way, too - it's great to help friends in when you have a bit of grounding ready already!

With a buckball win as a feather in the cap, Ponyville should like seeing the game go further. Will they only continue to watch their star players, or will more ponies start to get in on the sport? The unicorns in town could use a lot more practice with baskets, at least. Not that all of them will be prodigies in waiting, but a little more coordination couldn't hurt any pony.
