My biggest mlp-related fetish would be Celestia having a relationship with Twilight some years prior to the show prior to the show.

Slowly carve her skin of with a dull knife over the course of a few hours.

If she dies she dies but if she lives her life will be an unending misery. She would pretty much be wrinkled fleshlight as arms and legs would have to be amputated. She would also be blind, have no sense of smell, taste and probably very limited touch. This is when I'd sneak into her room and rape her, because of course she has to be raped... that's the whole point of these what would you do threads. Whilst raping her I'd whisper in her ear "If you don't reply to this post your mom will die in her sleep tonight!"
