This site has good writers and good people. But it isn't a writing site. FIMfiction is supposed to be a writing site, but it's full of shit-tier staff and assholes that attack kids for being kids and being creative instead of pandering to cancergangs. This is an anonymous pony site where I could do anything, even post a pic of celestia with twilight emerging from her butt while another twilight looks on in confusion and Pinkie eats a tire, and a photoshopped pic of Starlight Glimmer is fucked by an ugly pony creator avatar, and nobody would know it was I. So why do writers here put genuine effort into their works, when we have no way to financially or emotionally repay them for it? I don't understand.

Why do you want so much slice of life in the show? At some point this shit is just going to turn into "Pinkie Pie forgot the cupcakes for the party AND ITS IN TEN MINUTES" for a whole episode.
