Good news! My semi bi-monthly threads youve come to love is coming to and end. This will be the last time I post with this name.

Part 1 was great, I loved it, It was basicly perfect.

Part 2 on the other hoof didnt make any sense at all.
>Discord not incapacitating all the changellings before leaving for the hive
>Not zapping back to town to get supplies for the mission
>Not getting some other ponies to help. I at least expected big mac to be part of the secondary pony squad
>trying to break a magical rock with a smaller rock
>Every changeling just turning on the queen instantly
>Forgiving the queen instantly

At least the queen wasn't instantly friends with everyone at the end. And the small things like discord-trixy interactions were great, but not enough to save part 2 for me.

I cringe. Goddamnit, the other 6 (Starlight included) would be shit at being a princess, and its not their destiny. Twilight is the only goddamned one of them that both deserved to be a princess and has the destiny of becoming a princess. The others are very obviously locked into other paths in life and to make them an alicorn would shit on every bit of character development in the show for them so far (Rarity's dress shops, dash's wonderbolts, ect.)


The others will never be alicorns and people need to stop bringing it up. Glimmer included, she's not going to be in season seven, get over the idea of her becoming a princess.
