S2CA specifically was her taking high amounts of phonic gains from zesshous and channeling it through her body using the relic inside of her. She doesn't have that inside of her anymore.
This is why she didn't use it in GX, but they seem to have forgotten.
She could do it at the end of G because they were in X-drive and that basically just turns a person into phonic gain. G was also written as a finale that wasn't supposed to be continued.
