Making a torrent is pretty easy. Just use a torrent client to make a torrent file, select the directories to include (the 4 mega Man folders). Then upload it to a public tracker for anime like nyaa.pantsu.cat. you then seed it, other people download and seed, etc etc.

You mean the patch for the Boktai content or the Wii U Patch?
The Boktai patch won't work on the English ROM, you'd need the Japanese ROM, Rockman.EXE 6: Dennojou Glaga/Greiga. But it's not done, it's mostly for multiplayer stuff with the patched Falzar that's on my RAR.
The Japanese ROM should be on Emuparadise, I don't happen to have it.

The Wii U Patch works on the english ROM which is the one I included in my RAR, I already tested it.

I like 4 but the plot is weaker because it takes a backseat to the tournaments, which, unlike BN3, have no real relevance to the threat at hand (Duo approaching earth; Yes, THAT Duo from Mega Man 8), nor the subplot (Dark Chips made from Evil Energy). The mechanics and typos (due rushed release) also are a pain in the ass. The patched versions on my OP fixed many typos and fixed the WoodMan scenario glitch (which freezes the game on emulators, or the physical release played on a GB Micro or a DS).

Pretty much everything about 4 is weak. They switched to a new, less realistic and less detailed art style: even the in-battle sprites have fewer colors for Megaman in 4 onward than they did in 1-3. They literally redid the existing battle sprites to make them shittier.

The existing plot was thrown away in favor of one that's essentially about magic, with evil Dark Chips that corrupt your Navi's soul and make you permanently lose max HP each time you use them. The benefit for not using them is that you instead randomly go into Full Synchro state whenever you use a chip, which is hilariously broken and makes it so there's no reason to use Dark Chips ever.

The game then throws its own plot away because 90% of the game instead revolves around the randomized tournament system. Because they're random, none of them have any impact on the story. You can also permanently brick the cartridge if you try doing the online tournaments, because they break the system used to determine what tournament scenarios you get next.

To get every scenario, and every chip, you have to beat the game three times. On your first playthrough you'll never get better than tier 1 chips. This means you're largely stuck with a shitty unoptimized folder, and can't get the good Program Advances, until your third playthrough of the story. Good luck if you missed any of the tier 1 chips on your first playthrough, because now those viruses are fucking gone.

It just goes on and on. Nearly everything about 4 is a travesty. It is by far the worst game in the EXE timeline. Worse than Battle Chip Challenge. Worse than Starforce 2, by fucking miles.

There's no lore foundation because the Evil Energy in the classic timeline came from space, while Regal explicitly states that he made Dark Chips out of human souls. I really like SF1. SF3 is clearly the best and a satisfying ending. Star Force 3 was marketed heavily as a "darker" (for BN/SF standards) entry, and it damn sure delivered.

But he's also a god damn idiot, very much like Lan. So much MegaMan.EXE compares him to Lan.
Otenko is Otenko, can't go wrong there.
Sabata is an oddball. He's actually famous as a vampire hunter who went missing years ago. Django's quest in Istrakan actually starts because he is looking for Sabata, because he doesn't know that Ringo is dead.

Also, in the manga, Black Dainn transformed Sabata into the Dark Boy

It's aimed a young kids, it has a lot of comedic moments, a lot of amazing moments, my favorite moment being when Trinity SETS HIMSELF ON FIRE AND JUMPS INTO HRESVELGR'S MOUTH TO KILL HIM FROM THE INSIDE

Some fights are pretty amazing though.
Dainn gets angry his plans are collapsing so he forces Jormungandr to Trance (TRC) with him.
Django and Otenko try to fight Dark Dainn, and achieve their own Trace, Sol Django. So it becomes a Trance battle, long before Lunar Knights.

When Lunar Knights comes around, it's still the same Django and Sabata instead of being replaced like the games, Sol Django Defeats TRC Dumas by grabbing him and flying to the sun carrying him in a sort of kamikaze attack.

Otherwise, if you change the filename of the patch to match the name of the ROM and put them in the same folder, the emulator will recognize and run the patch when running the game.

Other than that line I've finished the script for episode 17, but to be honest the original script seems to have a lot of errors. Most of the dialogue doesn't read quite right, so when I'm done timing the episode I'll upload the script with it if anyone that knows japanese wants to make a v2 of the script they can.

Teyandei (てやんでい) is basically a slang/short version of nani itte yandei (なにいってやんでい), "what the hell did you say?!"
Basically from what I can gather Masa is revealing himself through his speech patterns so... maybe you can put in a pun like, "eat fish!" or something along those lines.
