Reinforce has godly mana capacity and can steal other people's mana and skills.

And actually defeating her requires a rather specific sequence of events.
You need someone that can wake up from the dream they will be in after the full activation that summons her to even try to defeat her for real.
You can also let her rampage for a while before she self-destructs and takes the planet with her, but that doesn't count as defeating her because she would be reborn on another planet.

Hell, even the way they used to actually stop her wouldn't work without her killing herself when she has the chance to, because she would be reborn and continue destroying planets.

The key to defeating her. is the master of the book breaking out and overriding control so they can separate the corrupted parts with some serious firepower, and then there's the ever regenerating mess with multiple barriers that is the corrupted shit. Road Runner's actually been captured a few times and has felt fear.
