What's the ratio of happy ends to horrible deaths for Gumdam pilots across the franchise?
5:3

Victory Gundam/10
A/Z
The AUs all have happy endings, UC is where the "sad" endings and deaths are
The only guys in UC with a happy ending are Judo, Seabook and Banana
>>13459120
Cosmic Era doesn't have an happy ending.
>>13459120
Kamille got over his brain damage, married his girlfriend and probably became a doctor. Not a bad ending.
>>13459132
It did. The Lacus is evil meme is just retarded bullshit, making her the supreme commander of Zaft means that an era of peace is about to begin
>>13459120
G: happy (Master Asia still dies) for the most part
W: debatable (Trieze died for humanity, a significant part of the Earth got Death Star'd by the Libra and the shit in Frozen Teardrop is ongoing)
X: debatable again with ending vs setting
Seed: good guys lost
Seed: good guys lost had
00: Not a happy ending but a resolved one

>00: Not a happy ending but a resolved one
Did you watch the movie? It's an happy ending
>>13459219
>Innovator Wars
>>13459228
It wasn't a war. Some fuck in the military didn't like the innovators and declared war on Celestial Being. Celestial Being wiped them out in some months and everything was resolved.
It was more terrorism and less war.
>>13458443
What is this referencing?
>>13459208
The good guys did not lose in SEED, unless you are saying Rau and Patrick Zala were the good guys, in which case you are a crazy person.
>>13459208
>>a significant part of the Earth got Death Star'd by the Libra
Did you even watch Wing? It was a large town at best.
>>13459145
Not canon though
>>13459610
Well, not being a vegetable anymore is canon, at least.
>>13459241
It was a war, rewatch the movie.
>>13458443
I recognize Dorka but who's the creepy broad in Sochie's place?
>>13460475
That's Yzak.
>>13459208
>Master Asia still dies
Schwarz too, and Neo Japan got fucked up, but the ending was still generally happy.
>>13459228
>>13460440
The movie never shows the Innovator Wars you dumb shit, it shows one scattered act of terrorism that is both completely unrelated to any war and handled in like half a minute by Setsuna in a goddamn Flag and Lockon.
On top of that, in the movie, we see what things look like 30 years after the ELS attack, and it's all good.
>>13459228
They happen, and then humanity moves past them and goes on into space. It's not a "and then nothing bad ever happened forever" ending, it's just one where in the end everything worked out okay.

>not recognizing junk from rozen maiden
Shit like this really makes me feel old.
