Although it'd be fun to see him wind up in the Getterverse and replace his arc-reactor with a getter-reactor, then team up with Hayato and/or Saotome and go to town on an Iron-Getter.

phoenix buster armor is basically just a mech, as is the hulkbuster mark 2.

there's also the various iron man transformers and the megamorphs (all built by iron man in the comic) and in earth X he builds an entire city armor.

also iron man six from the ultimate universe, but that's more of a mobile armor/gunship.
