Aso it's not as if Graham actually detroyed Throne Eins. Overflag is an ace custom grunt which forced a Gundam to flee. The NT-1 's pilot was pulled unconscious from the cockpit of her wrecked Gundam after fighting a field-repaired grunt. Bernie may have died in the process, but he did wreck a highly superior unit by himself with a basic grunt.

No, they signed Side 3 over to Haman, not the Earthsphere. Rewatch episode 33, time index 14:45. Bright complains to EF politicians that giving Side 3 to Haman will only encourage Neo Zeon to continue fighting, while the bigwigs say Haman promised them peace if the Federation agreed to the treaty's conditions of giving her Side 3. Green is fine and I like its homage to the Zaku, but white is more versatile and is easier to customize. Call it bland, but that would be a good selling point, a blank slate to color and customize as you see fit.

Same for the PPB on VFs, they don't really use it because they dodge. They use it when they have to take a hit, like Ozma when he took a hit for the Quarter. Besides, the shit they face in Macross have pretty dang good weapons if they can take down VFs.

The VFs, as of Frontier, have thrust-weight ratios of over 40. They won't be using their engines at max thrust in combat, because it's just impractical(imagine SR-71s dogfighting at max speed). They can fly at what? 20% thrust? And still easily escape a planet's gravity well. They can keep to low thrust and still be able to fight easily, and then the inertial dampers kick in.

But in the case of the VFs, it's illogical for them to be using more than a quarter of what the engine can do, because it's just not practical when you're trying to dogfight, it's like if SR-71s had guns and pilots dogfight with them while flying at max speed.

Where's the stupidly high G when you're using only 10% of the max thrust of the engines? Thrust-weight ratio of about 4, still enough to have a good acceleration, with some dampening from the inertial dampers, manageable for a pilot, probably feels like flying a F-15 or something.
5% of the max thrust? Thrust-weight ratio of about 2, pretty close to modern fighters, and dampening from dampers, probably feels like flying a WWII plane.

The only time we see VF pilots experiencing the effects of Gs is when they're flying against enemies that actually require the use of higher thrust/fancy maneuvers, Ghosts, enemy aces, cyborg pilots(eg: Brera), outrunning/dodging missiles.
