Is this actually good or is it a meme?
>>14527580
I thought it was pretty mediocre honestly. It had some interesting premises but then GENIUS SPERM! GENIUS SPERM! GENIUS SPERM! GENIUS SPERM! GENIUS SPERM! GENIUS SPERM! GENIUS SPERM!
>>14527580
It's okay. One of Tomino's weaker works though.
have you considered actually watching the first episode, OP?

Edit thread
I'm on episode 7, when will this start to make sense?
I still don't get what the fuck is going on with Kamille except that he has some serious anger issues and/or is going through an annoying teenager fase.
No but really, I just can't understand his personality yet and the plot seems rushed and some stuff makes no sense
Sorry if the OP is confusing but yeah i'm confused too, to add to what I'm saying.
Was Kamille jealous of Char? why? that came out of nowhere. Also in the beginning, he just wanted to fuck every soldier in the ass with a giant mecha because they punched him, he went through some serious asspain there and decided to just join some random guys that came attacking his home like it was nothing. And then he hated his parents but he actually didn't.
Is there some 2D4U reason i'm missing here? Because I just simply can't understand Kamille.
>>14525195
>>14525226
Kamille is a teenage boy with a shitty family and can't understand the world of adults.
He grows out of it over time. It just takes a lot of dead bodies on both sides to do it.
>>14525226
Basically >>14525256 this. Kamille tends to take things personally when he really should've just shrugged some stuff off, and took Quattro's hijack as an opportunity to say "fuck you" to the Titans properly. He had no idea what he was getting into however, and his raging autism racks up bodies until he learns to calm down and think clearly. Which doesn't happen all that often.
We are talking about talking about the movie incarnation of course, because the series is worse in almost every way.

Hype backlash
>>14524717
He gets flustered when people call him "princess" even though he keeps a princess cut hairdo and wears earrings under his own volition.
Also, he behaves like an immature moopy ass which I guess is acceptable for this level of panderbait.
>>14524793
Almost every mecha protag is a mopey ass.
So how are you guys enjoying that reread session with Extra/Unlimited in the Steam version?
I'm waiting for the big boy patch

Pretty well actually. And enjoying the KimiNozo references I didn't get the first time.

When was the time episode number wise when Go-Busters got it's retool?
>>14522625
There were two. One was a soft retool (tone shift) and the other was a hard retool (plot shift).
The first happens right when Jin and J showed up, but it's a bit hard to notice for a few episodes just 'cause of all the commotion caused by their appearance.
The second happens after the Messiah Shutdown/Gavan two-parter.
So, 15 and 30-32.
>>14522632
Cool, thanks.
Is the Voltron reboot worth checking out?
>>14521275
It's actually really good.
>>14521275
Yeah, surprisingly it's pretty fun. They don't form Voltron every week, but there's a lot of elements that help make up for that.
go ask /co/
Question:
Why does Elle constantly wear an unbuttoned onesie like she ran away in the middle of a diaper change but still took the time to put on some pants?

80s fashion
>>14519321
I haven't seen that anywhere else in 80s fashion though.
>>14519320
Because all of the brat's from ZZ were shit and had no business being AEUG's fighting force in their original ace's suits.
Depending on the circumstances; they ended up serving the Treize Faction, the Sanc Kingdom, official OZ, and even protected the Gundams a few times. It's likely some of Peacemillion's crew were Alliance as well, going into space with the Gundams from the Sanc Kingdom.
It's ironic that the dysfunctional organization's members rose up through adversity to fight so long thorough the series.
>>14517196
I don't really have much to add, I just want to say that the Peacemillion is one of my favorite things about Wing and one of the few really good spaceship designs in Gundam in my opinion. It's not the least bit utilitarian, but it's got a very ornate look that calls to mind some of the atomic designs of the 40s to 60s, the same kind of ones that Lucas was looking to homage with Padme's ships in the prequel trilogy. The same focus on flowing lines and economic designs in terms of protrusions and so on.
>>14517196
They probably shouldn't have reduced the forces.
>>14517221
They got stuck in a bad position. The Gundams being framed for Operation Daybreak's results made an official team-up with the Gundams politically impossible for the leadership for too long.
Only individual groups struck up alliances of convenience with the Gundams.
But in fairness, the Gundam pilots never tried to prove they were innocent to the Alliance. Nor did they ever align themselves with the Alliance as a way to weaken OZ and win a political settlement.

Star Trek Beyond is getting a bunch of positive reviews. I wasn't thinking about it at all, but now I'm a little, and very cautiously, hyped.
Well, whatever happens, we have the new show next year.

don't do this.
You remember what happened last time you did this.
And the times before that.
Exkaiser's theme gets me like that pretty much from the start.
