If I remember correctly, 0083 borrowed music from 2010 for it's background stuff.

So, why does IBO seem to get shit on so hard? Is it just a meme, is there a huge drop in quality, or is it something else I'm missing.

I'm just glad this garbage is almost over. The only reason I forced myself to watch was for any fan service or flash backs to old macross shows, AND because it's macross. But maaan did this show blow rhinosaureous assholes. Nothing, and I do mean NOTHING in this show will remain memorable. Frontier at least had the music going on, however delta is just a forgettable heap of vomit.
